We have the honors from the pages of Economic Newspaper to draw your attention to the Conception of the project Great Crossing of the Continents which is a perspective model of a strategy of integration of our Planet as a single whole planetary and economic organism united by its inter and outer numerous information resources ( economical, political, natural ). The Conceptions authors believe that Mankind has already engaged ( though in a limited scale) in a process of regional integration, which is objectively directed not to suppression ( what is observed on the global level) but on support of backward and developing countries and to the most rational utilization of these resources. At this expense a high level of inner diversity of Mankind and therefore its stability is still being supported which is very important for the fate of the world in a whole including the fates of developed countries. Mankind has not yet grown to the conscientious resolution of conflicts among its parts being on the different levels of development.
The level of technologies development has created a necessity of distribution of public systems self regulation from national to sub national level. But projects which are being developed individually by different public, scientific and other institutions in different countries do not take it into consideration. Therefore creation of global system of economic and communication routes, energy bridges, zones of mineral resources exploration, development of the whole system of infrastructure serving world economy along the axes of Great Crossing of the Continents from America to Africa and Australia through Eurasia is a real alternative of approaching to the advanced technologies of developed countries by the rest of the world. Integration is impossible without comprehensive mutual exchange and scientific interconnection of scientists and systems dealing with these problems as well as support of the governments and UNs coordination.
Realization of the project Great Crossing of the Continents as a planetary system which conception was developed mainly on the materials and practice of Eurasian continent, requires further joint complex researches of scientists and structures from American continent with corresponding financial, informational and organizational support under the aegis of UN.
In this connection it will be reasonable:
- to involve and attract to the project Great Crossing of the Continents national, political, public, scientific and other institutions connected with these problems for mutual exchange, correction and developing of complex project;
- for further joint development of the project Great Crossing of the Continents
as a common planetary task, to create in Chicago International Eurasian American Club ( on the example of Rome Club ) under the aegis of United Nations with participation of scientists and specialists from all countries;
- to complete the second stage of the expedition Along the Routes of the Great Migration of Mankind on the American continent. The route of this expedition is a reconnaissance route of the project Great Crossing of the Continents with participation of specialists from American continent. The Conception of Great Crossing of the Continents realized at the first stage in Eurasian part was supported by personal attention and co-participation of heads of states : India, Nepal, Russia, Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, as well as head of confessions: Dalai Lama, Pope John Paul II, prominent public figures: S.Roerich, Thor Heyerdahl.
We understand that organization and realization of such planetary project depends on many factors first of all of your good will and wisdom and on realizing by leaders of the states, political figures and public men of other countries the strategic aim and human essence of it.
